Sports Events

Our sixteen years experience running the USTA Bronx Challenger means that your sports event will run smoothly and efficiently.
​
We are proficient in all aspects of large spectator events, including tents, bleachers, catering, sound, ticketing, security, lighting, staffing, provisions, equipment rental, permits and more.
​
Filling a special niche for New York City and its suburbs, we can help you plan your event from scratch, work with governing sports bodies, and all while staying on budget. In addition, we can provide marketing and sponsorship sales assistance.

Fundraising Events and Corporate Entertaining
​
Charitable fundraising events have been our specialty for sixteen years. Our repertoire includes luncheons, galas, pro-ams and intimate and formal dinners. ​
​
We handle all aspects of every event: event committee consultation, invitation lists and mailing including internet outreach, graphic design and implementation of all printed and electronic materials, including event journal, menu consultation, venue choice and contract and event program production.

We also can plan your corporate special occasion or marketing event, and assist in corporate sports suite entertaining.
